Conditions of entry

1. Competition runs from Thursday August 12th 2007, ending on Monday December 17th, 2007.

2.  The winner shall receive one 75ml bottle of Dolce&Gabanna the one Edp/Spy valued at $143.00 AUD Inc GST.

3. Entry is open to all existing and new members of Profumi Discount Perfume residing within Australia. The Promoter is Profumi Discount Perfume, 14 View Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.

4. The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize notification will be made on Tuesday, December 18th 2007. 

6. The winner will be posted on www.profumi.com.au/Win.htm and notified on Tuesday, December 18th 2007. 

7. If the prize is not claimed within two weeks, there will be a second judging of the prize-winner by Profumi Discount Perfume.

8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of winning the prize.  Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed will be covered by Profumi Discount Perfume.

9. All entrants becommembers and ase  members agree to receive periodical promotional and membership emails from Profumi Discount Perfume .

10. By entering this competition you agree to be bound by the "conditions of entry" .
